Party in my backyard last week.

Here are two photos I took of Mable at the house last month. I have more coming from the past month over the next couple days as I get to edit them and what not…

Wrap It Up at My Parents House

1/30/12- Sean, Ed, Mimi, and I all skated the basement for 3 hours last night just having fun. Ed seriously killed it the whole night, and showed up with a new skate fashion of “the mormon”. Sean innovated with “the philosopher”, but it was pretty impossible to capture the magnitude of the trick through the photos. Mimi is starting to kill it, getting real comfortable with the ramp.

I still haven’t gotten an opportunity to shoot stuff on the miniramp outside yet, which I’m looking forward to, since it’ll be outside and easier to work with everything and look nicer.

1/30/12- This one time Ed almost ruined my camera and lens, luckily he just missed everything in my hand.

I’m sifting through pictures from Amore and Skateboarding tonight, but I’ll post them tomorrow when I pick the ones I like.

5.5.2011 to 5.9.2011

These are all pictures that I took almost a year ago when I first got my D90. I’m not sure if they are other places, but these are the ones I liked from the 160 pictures.

So my first car is officially dead. Last night into today Greg and I drove back up to State College to collect all that was valuable out of it so that it could be sold/scrapped (more likely scrapped).

What happened was, (not that you really care…) something happened to one of the cylinders on the front bank, most likely the piston came undone from the connecting rod, causing it to smash into the head of the engine, breaking the spark plug, causing a misfire, so on and so forth. This was all while Greg was driving it to State College to visit friends last weekend. So he drove it to the Nissan dealership up there to be fixed, at which point they wrote it off. You can see where the spark plug and coil plug were in the one picture.

Either way, we went up and got a bunch of stuff. Then I decided to remove all the things I could sell for some money online. This included the parts I bought for it years ago, so the taillights, turn signals, and radio came off. I also took the license plate. But the car took some of my skin too, I guess its fair… I also found a really old polaroid fo a friend in the glove box from 2007 or 2008.

On a positive note, I got a fisheye lens last week in case you couldn’t tell from the pictures. All fisheyes are my D90, the others are my iPhone
